Although, when the package was shipped, the tracking was not very easy and I paid for express shipping, but, earlier it got delayed, later reached early. I am happy it was on time, but proper communication was lacking. Rest of the product was very good, quality also.

But delivery poor service
Butterfly didn't spin while opening

despite following the instructions for the butterflies to fly- this is not remotely like the videos shown. it barely jumps out of the box and just keeps fluttering. the videos are clearly AI cause the product nor the price of it is justified at all.
