Can you deliver on a specific date and time?
Currently, scheduled delivery is not available, except for Valentine’s Day (in select cities).
However, we do try to dispatch orders 1–2 days in advance, so they may reach close to your preferred date.
Is one-day delivery possible?
Yes, Express One-Day Delivery is available in select cities if you place the order before 1:00 PM.

How can I customize the product?
You can personalize your product in three ways:
- By uploading photos/text directly on the product page,
- By emailing details to support@theprink.in (with your order number), or
- By sending details via WhatsApp to +91 81100 55668.
How is my privacy protected?
We follow a strict privacy policy:
- We never share your photos or personal information online or on social media without your approval.
- All photos are periodically and automatically deleted from our database.
- Even upon request later, we cannot share files once deleted.
Your privacy is treated with the highest priority.
Will I get a preview/mock-up before finalizing?
Generally, previews/mock-ups are not provided, as many orders are fully automated.

- We will try our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?

Very disappointed with the service. My order was marked as delivered, but I have still not received it. I contacted customer support multiple times, and the issue remains unresolved. There has been no proper update or replacement provided so far. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the company resolves this issue as soon as possible.

The quality of the paper is not good, and the overall workmanship is below expectations. Additionally, the cover page was edited incorrectly. I had provided photos of my daughters, but the design was created as if it were for an anniversary, which is not appropriate. Overall, I am disappointed with the final product and expected much better attention to detail.
