Delivery Timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2-5 working days
- Non-Metro Cities: 3-8 working days
- Express Shipping: Prioritized dispatch within 1 working day via the fastest courier available to your pincode.
International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 10-15 working days
- Customs Duties: If applied by customs, it must be paid by the recipient.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and subject to potential delays.
During high order volumes, delays may occur. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.
Please note that we rely on external courier services, and occasional delays may be beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such situations

Can you deliver on a specific date and time?
Currently, scheduled delivery is not available, except for Valentine’s Day (in select cities).
However, we do try to dispatch orders 1–2 days in advance, so they may reach close to your preferred date.
Is one-day delivery possible?
Yes, Express One-Day Delivery is available in select cities if you place the order before 1:00 PM.
Currently available for:
- Bangalore
- Chennai
- Cities within Tamil Nadu
How can I customize the product?
You can personalize your product in three ways:
- By uploading photos/text directly on the product page,
- By emailing details to support@theprink.in (with your order number), or
- By sending details via WhatsApp to +91 81100 55668.
How is my privacy protected?
We follow a strict privacy policy:
- We never share your photos or personal information online or on social media without your approval.
- All photos are periodically and automatically deleted from our database.
- Even upon request later, we cannot share files once deleted.
Your privacy is treated with the highest priority.
Will I get a preview/mock-up before finalizing?
Generally, previews/mock-ups are not provided, as many orders are fully automated.
- In special cases, if you require a preview, you may request it via WhatsApp (+91 81100 55668) or email (support@theprink.in).
- We will try our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order anytime through our Track Order page (link provided in order confirmation).
For further assistance, you can also contact our support team.
How long will delivery take?
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days
- Other locations: 3–7 working days
- International: 10–15 working days or more, depending on the country
