- Express Shipping: Prioritized dispatch within 1 working day via the fastest courier available to your pincode.
International Shipping:
- Delivery Time: 10-15 working days
- Customs Duties: If applied by customs, it must be paid by the recipient.
Orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays.
Estimated delivery times are approximate and subject to potential delays.
During high order volumes, delays may occur. Please allow extra transit time for delivery.

Can you deliver on a specific date and time?
Currently, scheduled delivery is not available, except for Valentine’s Day (in select cities).
However, we do try to dispatch orders 1–2 days in advance, so they may reach close to your preferred date.
Is one-day delivery possible?
Yes, Express One-Day Delivery is available in select cities if you place the order before 1:00 PM.
Currently available for:
- Bangalore
- Chennai
- Cities within Tamil Nadu
How can I customize the product?
You can personalize your product in three ways:
- By uploading photos/text directly on the product page,
- By emailing details to support@theprink.in (with your order number), or
- By sending details via WhatsApp to +91 81100 55668.
How is my privacy protected?
We follow a strict privacy policy:
- We never share your photos or personal information online or on social media without your approval.
- All photos are periodically and automatically deleted from our database.
- Even upon request later, we cannot share files once deleted.
Your privacy is treated with the highest priority.
Will I get a preview/mock-up before finalizing?
Generally, previews/mock-ups are not provided, as many orders are fully automated.

- We will try our best to accommodate, but it is not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?

How long will delivery take?
- Metro cities: 2–5 working days
- Other locations: 3–7 working days
- International: 10–15 working days or more, depending on the country
The quality is absolutely pathetic. Do not pay extra for express delivery as it will not get delivered before 20 days.
The light no matter how much you charge will not work.
I also had the privilege of seeing picture which didnt have bottom half and one without the top half.
Do not get scammed and waste your money. DO NOT BUY
Disappointing product ever, all pictures have air bubbles in it and despite of telling them the order of pics they have simply scrambled and made their own order and coming to the lights even when fully charged And not used, the light will not turn on the next day
The wood quality is really poor with no finishing given
Choose them because they had given the option to align in specific order which they ruined otherwise there’s lot of other options available for the same product with less price
The flip box is good and working properly but there's one photo which is not on the wheel it looks like it fell backside of the box, that's the only problem
My money got wasted for this item. When it got delivered 4-5 photos were just left in the box. They were not added. Even the color and clarity if photos printed is bad
The quality product is Top notch so easy to use and 3 types of colour variations.. It's a perfect gift

The product is great, new idea of gifting. The product quality can be improvise. The quality photo which are attached in the flip box those are not up to the mark and the attachment type can be upgraded. Instead of thick photo paper it could have been added in plastic attachment so that while transit it won't fall. Also it could have been protected from water.
I really like the gift my wife really happy about this gift jut try all of them like it

Delivery time was smooth, Box is nice but finishing could have been better also if you can add a small glass piece on top it would keep the photos off from dust.
